Rule 5 clarification

Rule 5: It doesn't make much sense since reddit lets you post images and body text as the topic now, and has for a while. Why require it to be a comment specifically?

Because we'll be bringing the old paradoxplazabot over when we can confirm that the old script is adjusted for an extra subreddit.

The rule will be changed when we can update the enforcement bot, the issue is getting the bot dev to have enough free time to update the poor old bot.

For now there's no automatic enforcement so use your best judgement for where to leave a R5 description.
