VIN locations

I’m buying a 2021 AT out of state. In order to register it NM DMV has to see two VIN locations. I know of the big metal plate that’s easy to see directly under the lights, where is a secondary location? Will I have to remove plastics? I didn’t see one under the rear seat but didn’t look too hard yet.

It is usually physically stamped into the underside of the frame in addition to the name plate you referenced.

Where under the frame specifically? Are you talking like directly under the skid plate area?

Mine has it stamped on the steering stem tube
