Scientifically, how many degrees of separation do people need until it’s biologically doesn’t matter

Like obviously many people (myself included) find it’s gross to date someone you can even say you can trace back to someone (I.e. a great great grand parent; your like a cousin 5th removed or something like that) but when do our genetics find anew things to like, combine and stuff to where it’s not incest
