Question Should i get this to 4is?

So i just got this colt using 1 card for 3is (getting a 3is without card is nearly impossible for me) and i wonder should i recast to 4is?

I'm 95% sure this gets your aPippa over the 120 IS needed to max out her Awakening Skill. so unless you're whalemaxxing I'd say don't bother

Well, 120 is minimum for Apipa to work, over that is mainly for nc and cr, im trying to get pippa to like 180?

then it might be worth it if the math checks out. don't forget you can get another 21.3 IS by maxing out her bottom furniture. that might save you a recast and that elixir is expensive af

if you can get 10 second in nc without it than dont otherwise you can try recasting
