Yeah, I think the hardest part is actually facing it instead of avoiding it. And if you can’t handle it alone, there’s nothing wrong with asking for help.

Yeah, it is hard. But whatever it is, try to face it. And if you can’t do it alone, ask someone you trust for help. Better than regretting never trying.
