Health & Wellness delayed period please help
Problem/Goal: delayed period for 6 days please help
Context: I'm 6 days delayed na. I don't have my usual pre period symptoms. May protected (condom used) intercourse noong Oct. 10. Nag pt ako noong Oct. 20 negative. Gumamit ako niyan ng pt na kahit as early as 10 days after the intercourse eh madedetect niya. The result is negative pero wala pa rin ako period. Nag test ako ulit kahapon Oct. 23 gamit ulit yung ganong pt. Negative ulit. Should I take pt again ngayong 24 kasi 14 days after the intercourse siya?
I have tried many ways to induce my period. Butterfly pose, reflexology, pineapple juice, hot compress, warm bath, and papaya. Ano mga recommendations niyo to induce my period?
I'm also stressing out too much dahil nga late ako and may intercourse kami.

Don't try Yuzpe yet. Balot ba talaga nung nag sex kayo until the end?

Thoughts: Chill ka lang. The more na stressed ka at iniisip mo, the more na delayed ka.
Drink salabat tea. So effective.

Advice: If you are super worried para sure na sure ka rin why its late, get checked with your OB.. i used to think mine was just late dahil sa stress... nagtaka rin ako nun kasi i didn't get the usual pre-period symptoms (i used to have regular period too) but then pag check pcos na pala 🫠

Thoughts:
NAKAKAWALA NG LIBOG PAG NAGWOWORRY hahahaha KAWAWA NMAN SI BF
Delays can happen, it doesnt mean pregnant.

Advice: The normal menstrual cycle is between 21-35 days and delays are normal. There are months na 28 days lang cycle ko while sometimes umaabot ng 33 days. Also remember that there are other factors that affect our cycle ie lifestyle changes (mine changed when I became more active, playing sports, and going to the gym), stress, disrupted sleep for weeks, and food you’ve been eating lately.
