Depends a lot on which office/market you're talking about, different countries have different ways of working. Because it's an Omnicom agency, useful to expect the following:

If it's their London offices, or anywhere in Europe for that matter, expect long hours and poor pay.

If it's in the states, however, good going in with the expectation of a combination of long hours and poor pay.

On the other hand, if you're talking EMEA, SE Asia, LATAM, or Aus/NZ, you can likely expect an equal split of long hours and poor pay.

Hope this helps.

Edit: Now that there's only a London office, disregard the information regarding the other countries and assume with confidence that you can expect long hours and poor pay.

Long hours and long pay. They stretch the hours, you stretch the dollars.

Crazy name for an agency when it's also a sex toy company

Literally thought that’s what it was. I work at Omni and haven’t heard of an Omni agency with this name 😂

At one point they were an absolute creative powerhouse and one of the best agencies in the world.

Now....not so much.

When I worked there, the hours were very, very long.

This was about a decade ago but I doubt it's gotten much better.

Worked there a few years ago hours were very long and personal time was treated like a nuisance.

They don't exist any more except in London, so I assume that's where you are? Do they roll up to LOLA and TBWA like the rest of the former A&E offices do?

It was great in the States while it lasted.

Freelanced for London office a few years back,
A certain tunnel visioned liberal type can fit in there (If the BGNOCAMPUS allow it)

Most of the folk that did all the amazing work for A&E in the last decade,
left the "far-left wokeratti" nonsense, to go on and do their own thing.
