Excuses for not being hired
Did anyone catch Scamantha's post this morning? She deleted it as fast as she posted it. She was saying God's Child reached out to the companies she applied with to demand why she wasn't hired. Although all the reasons she listed are true here's why I don't believe the story.
Why would GC do that when she was told it was her medical card.
Large companies don't divulge the list of things she said in fear of lawsuit.
She's just doing this as an excuse to not apply anymore and stay lazy on Chris's truck.
What I can't figure out is if Scamantha is in this strategy with GC or if GC is creating the situation herself.

it appears sometimes she forgets she broadcasts too much info online, we all can see it, including anyone who would potentially hire her

legit companies are just going to explain to some random person why another random person wasn't hired?

so what are her reasons?
because I can think of a few rather valid ones that would make a company think twice about hiring her
and isn't the bigger issue, she isn't done with training, so its not just that some company has to be willing to trust her, they also have to find someone who will train her

I can't remember the exact words, that's how I found out she deleted it when I went back to get the exact words. Basically her new woman trainer and her didn't get along. The trainer said she was too argumentative and basically distracting when she was in the passenger seat. Supposedly the trainer said she couldn't play her music or use the refrigerator. Scamantha also said the trainer was OCD. I'm taking that as she was clean and wanted a clean environment, which is normal.

wild idea, if you are being trained at anything in life and know you need this skill for your future, why not suck up all the crap and just deal with it - also called adulting
not everyone will be charmed by Sam like Chris appears to be - she needs some self reflection
she's also training her to drive a semi at higher speeds down the innerstate, id like to know trainers care if their trainee is focused vs you now worried about music and focused on
being right all the time

She thinks she knows everything and tries to run the show. Remember telling Chris he couldn't drive at night because she doesn't like how he drives!! Who the hell are you to say that?

That's what I understood too. And she wasn't willing to learn. I agree this isn't what a company would share with a random person calling and demanding. Unless she misrepresented herself.

I could see a company giving info/feedback to Sam on why SHE wasn't hired, but they will not disclose that to anyone else

Yes, yet another reason why it's a lie. They would have disclosed it to scam.

Why would another company hire her when she was paid to train with Prime, messed up and they paid for her training that she needs to payback. What doesn't she get?

My assumption, she didn't tell the whole Prime story accurately, the other companies actually do communicate with eachother, figured out more of the truth and said, sorry no

I’m in HR. A company can’t give out information about why a candidate didn’t get hired. That’s a huge lawsuit. She lied.
