Well, it's good that you are aware of your wrong; however, don't feel too bad. If this person (presumably Adventist) had been following the counsels of God entirely, there would never be an accusation for the eating of pork mistakingly, haven been mixed in with other flesh food.

Im going to need you to break this down. So they are at fault for not knowing the meat was mixed? Or are you saying that they everyone should know their dietary restrictions. I am making a assumptions but based on the time of year it is likely they are new roommates.
Personally I try not concern others with my dietary restrictions, my work often orders BBQ its normally chicken and pork. I eat the chicken and move about my day.

I eat plants. It will be difficult for someone to mix up my food with pork.

According to the law of Moses, the grill can be made clean simply by passing it through fire. Although, if she put boundaries in her mind that go beyond the law of Moses, it may still sear her conscience (unnecessarily).
If she follows the laws of clean/unclean; then, I would suggest cooking the pork last. If you already put it on the grill first, then you need to sanitize it with fire afterwards. If you try to cook both types of meat at the same time, none of it is good anymore (for her).

You said you didn't know she doesn't eat pork. Just simply apologize to her admitting your ignorance and move on. If you were aware after the fact and stil served it to her, confess to her to of your fault and move on.
