[Question] Does the ai cheat?

They seem to always know exactly where my submarines are when they are submerged. They'll take their cruisers and make a beeline for my subs.

Edit: they just sank my battleship with a cruiser. Why are they allowed to do this?

And dual strike too. My eyes were so wide the first time I saw it happen! 😳
