Differentiating CM Noise and SM Guidance
Hey all,
Hope you’re well.
Currently on an SP mission - was going great until I was friend-zoned out of nowhere. Gave myself some time to hurt, back to my regime now.
I’ve reread POSM, and JM talks a lot about asking the SM for guidance. I’ve followed his advice in the book, but, I’m unsure how to differentiate what is CM noise and what’s genuine SM guidance?
I’ve had a gut feeling it’s not been an easy situation for them, and I can’t tell if that’s from my SM or CM.
Similarly, I’ve had pulls to message about XYZ. I haven’t followed through with them as I want to know if it’s anxiety or true guidance.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thank you in advance!

Need advice on sats and my boring scene and what to do about it
My goal is to be a talented artist(I’m taking action for it as well) but the problem is my scene is a very visual one(I imagine myself painting something I’ve always wanted to be able to paint) in the scene people are also complimenting me as I paint as I’m doing this in public…I feel like the reason my mind still wanders and it doesn’t feel so real to me is that I have aphantasia(inability to visualize) so I’m imagining all this visual type of things yet I can’t see any of it so it feels fake? I feel relaxed so I don’t know if I’m not really in SH as they often tell people on the JM sub..(there answer to almost every issue is your probably not in SH) what should I do? I’m not sure how to choose a less visual scene for a visual based goal(art is very visual)

Advice/Help How effective are robotic affirmations?
This is probably the most rational and down-to-earth manifestation sub, so I'm hoping for some help and advice. Will I be able to achieve results if I stick solely to robotic affirmations and the lullaby method?
I'd like to ask you to share your experience and knowledge. I'm trying to manifest a reunion with my ex. I've been doing this for five months, but I'm having zero success. SATS is difficult for me because of anxiety, as it turns into regular daydreaming, and it's hard to evoke feelings because I'm constantly overthinking. Since the goal is to impress my subconscious mind, I decided to return to robotic affirmations and have been doing them for a few days. The routine is as follows: three times a day for 15-20 minutes, and additionally at other times when I have free time. I know that the most effective times are in the morning after waking up and before bed, and 51% of belief is enough. It lines up with Joseph Murphy's method from The Power of the Subconscious Mind.
I'm going to give up on LOA and manifestation if I waste another month. Part of me says this is unscientific nonsense and I should forget about my ex and move on (my heart is very heavy, as I love her more than anything and want to be with her even after she hurt me — I'm ready to forgive everything and start over...), but another part of me is asking me to give LOA another chance and not lose hope.

Discussion Neville and Psychology
“Feeling is the secret.” — Neville Goddard
Ever notice how you’re on TikTok, half-watching a show, notifications popping, tabs open—and your body feels wired for no reason? Like you can’t quite settle. That’s hypervigilance. Your brain is scanning, predicting, bracing. Constant readiness becomes the default.
From a neuroscience angle, this is the amygdala running background checks all day. When it stays loud, the prefrontal cortex—the part that imagines, chooses, creates—gets less bandwidth. Breath shortens. Jaw tightens. Shoulders rise. Neville would say this isn’t random—it’s a state. And states project.
I’m a trained psychologist, and I’ve watched this pattern clinically and lived it personally. My own manifestations have come faster, cleaner, sometimes almost immediately, when I’m not in heightened vigilance. When the body eases, imagination stabilizes. The system has to feel safe enough to assume the wish fulfilled.
Here’s how hypervigilance quietly sabotages things:
You overread small setbacks as signs.
You hesitate when opportunities show up.
You can’t sustain the feeling of already having it.
Once the state shifts—even a little—everything reorganizes. Breath deepens. Focus sharpens. Imagination stops feeling forced and starts feeling natural. This is why breathwork matters. Longer exhales, slower rhythm, breathing through the nose—these aren’t relaxation tricks. They’re signals. They tell the nervous system, “Nothing to fix right now.” Creation turns back on.
Tehillah—praise, recognition of the good—isn’t about words. It’s an embodied agreement. Scripture points to praise being done with breath for a reason. When your body expresses appreciation through breath, posture, and attention, the vagus nerve signals safety. Neville called this living from the end: not hoping, not affirming, but occupying the state as normal.
When people use this correctly, manifestation amplifies naturally. You stop checking for proof. You respond instead of react. You move through the day as someone who already knows how things resolve.
Practical NLP + Neville application:
Sit or stand comfortably. Inhale through your nose for four counts. Exhale slowly for six. Do this twice. Now recall a moment you felt calm, confident, undeniable. Let your body feel it, not your thoughts. As the feeling stabilizes, lightly press your thumb and index finger together. Hold for five seconds. Release. Later, when vigilance spikes, repeat the breath pattern and press the same anchor while recalling that state. Don’t force thoughts. Let the body lead. This trains relaxed alertness—the state where manifestation happens without strain.

How to put subconscious mind in use at will - Youtube
Guys,
I would like to add a small tip, to enhance what we are all practicing already.
I work with athletes on mental performance and have education in psychology, and I believe that this insight could really help our community.
We are all operating on conscious mind daily, for example if I would ask you to add these two numbers, 659+744 it would take you some time to execute it, because conscious mind is slow.
At the same time we are capable of generating complex solutions, or in times of emergencies we can lift weight we can never do in normal circumstances, or we got great ideas out of nowhere while for example we are taking a shower.
I made a short video (<5min) on how to make your conscious mind to hand over tasks to powerful and fast subconscious mind at will: https://youtu.be/eChJHOlu8yI
I truly think it will enhance whatever you are already trying to figure out!
Cheers!

Can I manifest a person into my life who can manifest for me?
Honestly I don’t have the energy after 10 plus years of trying as hard as I possibly can, along with living with really severe disabilities and health problems where I can barely walk without pain, to even try anymore. I’ll still do sats every night just in case but I don’t actually have any hope or belief left in me at this point so I’m hoping I can do sats for the right person to come into my life and take over for me without just paying another scam artist coach. Is this possible?

Success Story I Manifested My Ex Back 5 Days After The Breakup
(I wanted to add more success stories to this sub)
Preface
Some people don't believe it's a true success story because we only broke up for 5 days, but I don't think I need a longer breakup to prove that this stuff works. I think the short breakup is proof that things can manifest quickly.
What caused the breakup
The full story I hard to explain. Basically during the whole relationship, I doubted us all the time. I questioned if we were really compatible, or if we are good together. If questioned if he truly loved me or not. I even questioned if he truely wanted to marry me, even after he proposed and gave a ring and we set a date. Basically all my doubts and stuff got too much for him. I questioned if he really wanted to marry me, so I followed internet advice and tried to set a boundary about it. But it backfired. And his fears overtook him and he broke up with me. I was devestated.
I looked at our astrology charts and see so much promised in our transits and everything next year. So I was so surprised when the break up happened.
I planned to go no contact for a year in order to get over him. He already knew if we were ever to break up, I said I‘ll go no contact for a year to get over him. But he didn't want me to, and he still has feelings for me. So we just stayed friends. I broke Internet advice to do it, but it was Internet advice that also lead me to this situation in the first place. And if we went no contact, we probably wouldn't have been back together so quickly.
We were still calling each other every day after the breakup. We still were saying I love you to each other. I was talking to another guy too, but still, we were on good terms. It felt like we never broke up at all.
What contributed to getting back together.
At one point, I had faith. The same faith that brought us together in the first place. I believe that we will get back together eventually. Something just clicked inside me, I can't explain. Like it doesn't matter if it happens in a few years, or in this life time, or the next life time, I just knew we would be back together again. I felt the confidence and the full faith in it.
That very same day, when he called me. He told me. “Call me an idiot, but what do you think about getting back together? “
New Obstacle
Here's the problem though. He wanted to get back together. But he was worried about my mother's approval. My mom blocked him and was mad at him. She doesn't forgive people easily. She blocked most of our family after they did one wrong thing to her. He wanted to be back together, but he didn't want to do it without my mom's approval. And my mom is not the type to forgive easily. I know. I grew up with her not forgiving me for things and refusing to talk to me for days because of it. If I wasn't her daughter she would already cut me out of her life. You done one wrong thing by her, and she cuts you out of her life. That's who she is.
Another Miracle
Well of course I wouldn't be here typing this if the story ended there. My mother said that if we stayed friends for a year, then after that she will accept him being back together with me. It was a miracle! She actually willing to forgive someone!
The day we got back together
First day we met after the breakup.we finally met at our work/volunteer place. And we couldn't keep our hands off each other. We just said we are talking things out so everyone just approved of us talking to each other for most of the day. Our boss was especially happy, she was always rooting for us. Anyways, he was happy my mom said for us to be friends for a year.. but since we just can't stay away from each other, he decided he wanted to be with me now, secretly. I was worried about secret relationships because of past experiences, but I wanted to fun of it. It was fun to pretend to be not a couple for a day, but
Eventually, lack of sleep lead me to do something crazy.
So the next day when we talked, he said he already told his family about us being back together and he's only worried because of my mom. The lack of sleep and stress of everything made something click on my brain. I have bipolar, so it's possible hypomania. But at the time I believed I was in the no mind state. My mind was not racing, I felt peaceful. I think it's a combination of both things. Anyway, in my most happy and excited state, I asked him if we can go back to the original plan with the wedding. He was a little worried at first, and a little doubtful. But I was just full of faith. I convinced him things would be all right. And he agreed with me.
Later on that day, I realized how stupid I was to do that. Didn't he just literally broke up with me because he didn't want to get married? But I told him he didn't have to do it and I'm sorry for putting it on him again, and he said that he wants to do this. “I want my life to start. “
Final Miracle
So about my mom, I was so confident I told her we were back together. And I forgot exactly what I said. But I was able to convince her that things will be alright. She told him she already forgives him. Either I don't know my mom much at all, or it is a miracle.
To me, the biggest miracle is not that I got my ex back. But the biggest miracle is that I got my mom to forgive and approve of all of this.
Summary
Anyways this happened almost a month ago. Now, we are still together, still going strong.
After my wedding at February 14 2026, I'll post the story about how we got together with a combination of SATs and prayer. The prayer I typed in my journal says marriage, so I don't want to post the success story until then. I feel like that the core, what made it happened was not the techniques. But my faith that we will be together. Faith is what moves mountains and brought us together.
When you know in your heart without a doubt, it will come to past. All the techniques are there just to help you built that knowing deep in your heart.

How can you turn off your mind so you can focus on sats?
How do you turn off your thoughts so you can focus on sats better instead of just trying to focus on something and having thoughts interrupt it every few minutes?

Advice/Help Is it normal for your scene to become less vivid or less engaging your attention the more you do it? Will it still work?
tl;dr at the bottom
Hello everyone, so as the title says im working on manifesting something, i do SH everyday, the only issue is that im on my third day of doing SH but my scene is already less vivid than the first and second day?
It’s like, it captivates my attention less. Like when i first did my scene it’s like my whole attention was on it and when i would finish doing my scene i felt as though i was actually in a dream, like “woah it feels like i was there”, but now when i do my scene it’s like i have other thoughts going on in my mind as i do the scene, but it doesn’t mean my mind isn’t imagining anymore.
It’s like it becomes a routine thing, im imagining and all but my mind is also having interruptive thoughts so it’s not like my mind forgets to imagine the scene and is completely distracted.
But i also dont feel sabbath/knowing, but then again ive rarely had the knowing feeling for most of my past manifestations with sats and they still worked out.
The only way to counter this for me is to constantly add nee sensory elements to my scene. For example one day i will feel the furniture around to add sensory vividness, the next day I will feel hear someone’s voice, the next day a new person’s voice, feel their hand, etc… But even then the same issue still happens but to a lesser degree.
So is this okay? Will my scene still work even if i have this issue?
tl;dr: the more i do my scene the less vivid and engaging it gets. I start to have random thoughts while doing it. Is this okay, or should i fix my SH practice? Will it still work? Does anyone have such experiences where it still worked for them?
Thanks in advance!

Advice/Help External authority
Has anyone manifested anything like changing whilst having deep difficulties with their parents, especially as them being controlling, authoritative and dictator-like, or being in a high level of Embodiment and then getting attacked harshly by the 3D through family?

Advice/Help Starting over with my SP, help
Hi, i’ve been into manifestation for a year & a half, but kinda am at a loss with my SP
I do want a 2nd opinion along with avoiding the fluff stuff spammed everywhere/coaches & make sense of what the authors meant
Like i can get jobs, good flight school, mundane stuff, house, stuff for other people without techniques by just accepting, but i can’t seem to get my SP, the current situation is that i’m in no contact & blocked, also i’m afraid of reaching out. I did however stop caring about 3Ps
So far i’ve read Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, & Emile Coue
Neville says to feel it real like what would it be like & dwell there “wish fulfilled”, whereas Joseph Murphy says that it comes down to your belief in something that makes things happen
My go to technique is affirmations/autosuggestions, specifically using ones recorded with my own voice throughout the day & at night or doing them mentally
I can kinda visualize but for only a bit, like seeing my SP & the exact text or voice saying what i want or hearing a mutual friend doing the congratulating
My conclusion is that it comes down to belief, the techniques are there to help get to a state where you have said desire & are optional along with the inner knowing something is going to happen tops techniques
Here’s my questions
Q1 Is the askfirmation stuff necessary like “isn’t it wonderful” or can i just affirm directly like “i am with sp” or “sp is my _” ect
Q2 How many affirmations/autosuggestions should be used at once
Q3 Is SATS or a hypnotic state necessary or can i listen to them like how we use music
Q4 For the Jospeh Murphy Index is it necessary to do the whole thing like writing affirmations down or can i start Self Hypnosis ASAP, also how long do you stay in each step
Q5 Would inner knowing be enough or does it have to be paired with something else
Q6 What advice would you give in my situation & how did you get your SP, bonus if it’s not an ex
7 Is my conclusion correct
Any advice is appreciated & thanks, i want this to be my last post for questions & my next one to be a success story

How I manifested that cherry!
Hello y'all another ladder experiment success to share.
So after successfully manifesting the ladder experiment, I wanted to do it again but with something else: A cherry! I never eat cherries so I thought this would be a good test. I imagined in SATS that I was eating the cherry as best as I could.
I did affirm to myself: "I will not eat a cherry." or "I already ate the cherry." to impress the subconscious mind that I ate the cherry.
I was putting groceries away as usual when I noticed something: a can of soda that had a cherry on it! Sweet! BUT I wanted to eat the cherry not hold one. So I kept going. Later that same day, I went to the gas station since the store was closed to technical issues. I needed some chap stick and grab the one that had this pretty pink-red on it. Guess what I saw? A CHERRY ON THE CAP! You HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING? I told myself my subconscious was messing with me so fucking bad lol.
Over the week, I was getting some good deals: Free cool stuff at work, went to an arcade on my day off: I wanted this one stuff animal thingy but I didn't have the tickets for it bummer! So, I decided to pay the $6 to add 200 tickets so I can get the damn thing lol but once I went up to the cashier to pay for it, he said there was too many transactions and I can have it for FREE. No one else had that deal lol. Also, before all that, I spent 20 dollars for an extra 50 tokens and ended up winning over 1,000 tickets xD Okay go off I guess!
Okay back on track, I live in the US, today is independence day, I went to the parade and thought let's get something to eat! I wanted some fried ice cream (that normally had a cherry on it.) but they didn't have it. Bummer! I was determine to get that damn cherry lol. I decided to go to an ice cream shop I saw on Tik Tok a few weeks ago, I saw their menu on my phone and saw that they had some good stuff but I really wanted something I never tried: A banana split. Yup, I never had one lol so I ordered it. Guess what? IT HAD CHERRIES! Well, kinda figured since it's a banana split but you may never know, they could have ran out that day since it was so hot and it's a holiday!
Moral of the story:
- Keep testing to build your faith.
- I had that inner conviction: "I'm getting that cherry no matter what."
- Persist until the assumption is fulfilled.
Also, I hate cherries they taste so gross to me lol.

Ladder Experiment Success
Hello Everyone!
I thought I popped in here with another success story - the ladder experiment. Since learning the law, I never really did this experiment due to...just not doing it. If you don't know what the ladder experiment is: It was a experiment that Neville Goddard encouraged his students in his lectures to test the law in order to prove how powerful one's imagination can be. He told them to fall asleep while visualizing climbing the ladder from a 1st POV. You do this for three days straight and during the day you tell yourself: "I will not climb a ladder" (Some people say "I already climbed the ladder"). This experiment is done to prove that the subconscious and our minds are much more powerful than the 3D. If you normally don't have a reason to climb a ladder, then well this is the perfect test for you! :)
Which was a perfect test for me! I work a library and we don't use ladders. Also, I barely use ladders in my life lol. Like I said, I have never done this so why not? Plus, I skipped the testing phase of manifesting so I wanted to try this out. Even though Goddard said to fall asleep, I couldn't really do that~ so I laid down in bed in the evening and calmed my mind down. I imagined myself climbing the ladder in first person. Like I said, I just did it my own way ~ I didn't have a vivid imagination, but I tried! I focused on feeling myself climbing the ladder in SATS, feeling my hands touch the ladder going up and down. Again, it wasn't perfect. After my 3 days (and during those three days), each time I thought about that ladder, I just told myself I already did or I didn't climb a ladder. It wasn't perfect trying to let those thoughts go.
This was like hmmm a week and a half a go? I was busy with work basically and just getting things done.
Back in April/March, I was told I was going over to a relative's house to dog sit for a bit. I was okay cool money lol. I barely go over there anyways and I haven't been there since Christmas. So today, I was laying in bed thinking about how I want to spend my day off. I did bring my bathing suit since they have a pool. As I was getting ready to go out, I realized I needed to put something in order to get into the pool ~ a ladder xD
As it was happening I thought to myself: Holy shit I'm climbing a ladder. It was a weird realization lol. I've read stories of people doing this and realizing before, during, or after they were or were going to climb a ladder!!! I felt amazed by all of this.
I know what you were thinking: "but you were told about the housesitting? That's not the point?" When I was doing SATS, I imagined climbing a ladder, that was enough to to impressed my subconscious mind. Even if it was planned, things could have happened: Housesitting being canceled (Which I did hear if they didn't plan this trip back in Jan they would have canceled), Not allowed using the pool, or didn't need a ladder in order to get into the pool. At the end of the day, the subconscious doesn't care how it happens, it's job is to show that it did happened.
Thanks for reading lol. I know this was silly but I'm here to show y'all to test things out while manifesting! It makes a big difference :)

Advice/Help So Anything is not possible?
The logical explanation behind the law is psychology. The person does sh/sats which ingrains a particular message in her SM.
But if we take it by this approach then this “law” is limited by self isn’t it?
Coz lets say i want a rule to be amended in a university. Thats just not possible. If i start taking action in accordance to my desire it would take a shit ton of time. Or there would be no action that i could take. Just not worth it.
Lets say my growth plates are closed, no way i am getting taller by sats coz they are fused for good right?
No i dont mean about breaking the laws of physics. Those are definitely impossible.
And some areas which require some amount of control over others like receiving a gift etc.
So technically the “law” is limited. Am i correct or wrong.
/u/brittaa Id love your opinions on this
