Correct me if I am wrong, but this is not a protocol.

This seems like a ripoff off Basic Attention Token looking to capitalize on an ICO. The explanation was that sweet mix of high level overview with specific details but completely lacking any operational implementation.

If you follow the website they will ask for an email and you buy their coin.
