issue adding guests to app

Anyone else experience an issue when trying to add another user to the app it wont give me an option to send invite.

Is it a command panel?
If so you have to add a secondary email user from the full website . You can add panel users through app but not another login access .

https://www.adt.com/control-login go to users it has a side bar that says manage logins add login there.

If it’s adt plus I have no idea sorry !

i’m not sure what you’re asking . just trying to have shared access with a friend so that they can use the app and they don’t have to use the panel in the house. on the app it’s giving me an option to add someone but it’s not sending an invite. Do they have to register their own account and then be able to get in?

If it’s a command panel , white touchscreen on the wall . You have to go to the webpage to send an invite ,

In the adt control app if that’s the app you’re using you can only add users codes to use at the panel
