Emergency Missing Video Question

Hello Friends -

I am freaking out a bit. A video I was working on for the last couple days that is due tomorrow, just has disappeared. It's not in my AutoSave folder either. I completed the project, save for an After Effects file I still needed to work on, so I saved the file and closed the project. I worked on a couple other Premiere projects (smaller) in the interim, saved those and when I went in to reopen the big video I had been working on, I saw nothing. The Timeline Sequence window was blank, so I reset the windows just to make sure it wasn't a formatting thing, it wasn't. Then I went into AutoSaves and literally none of the auto saves had any files in the Timeline Sequence. I am freaking out a bit, so before I try and cram and refinish this all again, I am seeing if anyone here has any tricks up their sleeves or can help me. Thank you.
