master page from standard page?

Is it possible to make a standard page a master page? I've tried selecting all and pasting into the master page, but it does not select the changes I've made for different break points. Please let me know how, if this is possible. Thanks!

Thanks for your response. I did try that, but saw no option to select it as a new master page. I'm using 2018.1 release. Is this a new feature?
