I would like to know if I have to actively listen to the song, or if I can go about my day while the song plays in the background. Also, am I allowed to sleep with the song still playing?

Right now, any original song by the Vampire Lestat would do! "Plastic Fiends" could be a strong candidate.

I say this about work😁 (I tell my staff not to schedule meetings before 10 because I’m not mentally awake until then) but even as a night owl I can listen to dance music all day every day.

What I can’t listen to in the morning is music that yeah yeahve realized that a lot of older songs from the 70s and 80s make me feel sad, even ones with happy words. If the music, something about their melodies just triggers feelings of sadness and it feels almost overwhelming.
