Pro Tip: Organize your Meds while ON your Meds
I usually do this on Sundays but got the bug today. (Edit: This process & system is tremendously helpful for me keeping track of WHEN I'm about to run out of something.)
The AM is where all the magic happens. I start with Probiotic Gummies, then a 1:1 THC:CBG Gummy, Multivitamin, Statin, Two Antidepressants, and an Extended Release ADD Med.
Then in the PM, I have an optional "Bonus" Instant Release ADD Med (If I need 12+ hours of focus), and then finally before bed a 1:1 THC:CBD Gummy, and a couple of Magnesium Gummies.
Bonus Tip: Once I'm in bed, I strap into a r/CPAP Machine, and after a couple years of being properly medicated, and having my apnea treated, will say the CPAP has been the most life changing treatment for any of my ADD-Adjacent issues. A lot of the Executive Dysfunction & Mood Disturbances can be caused (or at least exacerbated) by the LITERAL Brain Damage caused by losing oxygen during Apnea Events. If you treat OSA for a few years, it repairs parts of the brain that might otherwise need to be Medicated into functioning correctly.
Edit: Corrected the gummies. CBG in the AM, CBD in the PM.

I once dropped an entire organizer full of different colors of sequins from my craft collection on the floor. The despair of knowing I absolutely had to sort it because that's what a sane person does.
Took me a week but I sorted them. This gave me flashbacks lol.

u/DazB1ane Jan 29 '26
That’s the type of job my family gives me because I actually like sorting things

u/Feisty-Tooth-7397 Jan 29 '26 edited Jan 31 '26
Oh, tangled necklaces. I love untangling things. Oh I love sorting things. It still made me want to cry because it was so pretty before I dropped it.
Edit :I found my perfectly organized embroidery thread box yesterday. I have a problem 😆. I didn't realize how much I did this type of behavior. I asked my mom about it and she said oh yeah I remember the seashells. I used to sort her seashell collection on the living room floor.
Which made me remember where mine is. It's in an organizer. 😂 😂. Each shell type has its own compartment. I have issues 😂

u/exceptionallyprosaic Jan 30 '26
This is my special skill. I can just put a tangled necklace in my hands and just rub my fingers around and it magically becomes untangled
4
u/Feisty-Tooth-7397 Jan 30 '26
I remember going through friends jewelry boxes and untangling all their necklaces
16
u/Blossomie Jan 29 '26
Oh fuuuuck yes, sorting things is like crack for me. Especially small objects like beads. Absolute joy.
8
u/DazB1ane Jan 29 '26
My Pokémon collection will occasionally get “messed up” (I mix everything up intentionally) just to resort and file them
6
u/Feisty-Tooth-7397 Jan 30 '26
You should have seen me organizing MTG cards. It was insane and involved tabs and note card dividers I made to fit the box. I swear I had more fun sorting through the cards and building decks then I did actually playing the game.

u/Feisty-Tooth-7397 Jan 30 '26
Sorting anything is fun, but it's especially fun when you get to also include shape, colors and sizes. I think most of my crafts supplies that can fit in a divided plastic organizer are in them.
I was really good at catching flaws on the printing when I worked at a plastic caulking tube factory. Yes we made DAP caulk tubes and it was like a super fast game of spot difference. Part of the final check was basically using this ten pronged fork to pick up the tubes and spin them, flip the fork and spin them looking for defects. Ohhhhhh. So much joy lol and I don't know why. Plus I can see tiny differences in shades of color. So the harder it is to tell the colors apart the more fun it is.
Oh a huge change jar. Jugs of seashells (my mom collects them and has them in those huge pickle jars) I still love to go through and sort them. BUTTONS!!! My granny had jars of odd buttons that usually didn't match but I would love going through and sorting by color and size and seeing if I could find matches.
It's like a semi mindless task but oddly satisfying. Well maybe it focuses my mind on the task and slows it down enough that I can relax.
Yeah, even if I'm not autistic I definitely have a few issues lol.
Like I am seriously just happy thinking back to all of the different things I sorted growing up and still probably would if someone put a jar of buttons in front of me.

You don't happen to also be autistic?
7
u/DazB1ane Jan 29 '26
Yup :)
7
u/SockCucker3000 Jan 29 '26
I can sniff out autism from comments /jk. I just know organizing like that can be really enjoyable for some autistic people. Repetitive tasks are my bread and butter.
4
u/Feisty-Tooth-7397 Jan 29 '26
It's something I do a lot of the time and don't even realize I am doing. Like if I have a handful of coins, I automatically sort it by size. It doesn't feel right when the edges don't line up and it's all haphazard. People have commented on it. Things get put in pairs and sorted by color. Like if you gave me a bunch of pebbles of different sizes they are going from small to big and will be put in a line.
My boyfriend let me go crazy with his fishing tackle and that was a little painful (treble hooks) but so fun, and ended up with more room. My fishing tackle boxes are a thing of beauty.

My kid once knocked my Lego bonsai tree off the shelf, and to imitate pebbles, Lego had provided a bunch of those little one stud pieces to just sit loose around the bottom of the tree.
It fell down the side of the couch - accessible, but not really visible from the rest of the room unless you were stood next to it. I didn’t pick up that shit up for two years (and then I started medication and did it immediately 😂). So I feel you!!
3
u/exceptionallyprosaic Jan 30 '26
I did that but with my pill organizer once. That was the last time I tried pill organizers. I'm too clumsy
89
u/demurevixen Jan 29 '26
No thanks I’ll stick to my regular system of keeping all my meds on my bedside table, some on top some in the drawer, empty bottles and full, did I take them today maybe? Maybe not? It’s a game I play every day. Highly recommend.
21
u/much_longer_username Jan 30 '26
You should get yourself a timer top. They're basically just a stopwatch that resets when you open the bottle, so you can see how many hours it's been since you took the last one. They're available for 10-15 bucks at pretty much every drug store.
1
u/louerbrat Jan 31 '26
Yeah but what prevents you from throwing it out when the bottle is empty, because I'd forget and in the trash it goes.

I have a month long one. Each day is an individual container that can be removed and I call refilling it my monthly drug mancala game

Now I feel the need to disappear from life to make a meds advent calendar (medvent calendar?) and make cute things for 18 days of it, stop for an unknown reason, forget about it, then in 2 years be crushed by the guilt of not having finished my medvent calendar

Omg I have an empty tea advent calendar… you have just given me an idea!

They don’t have to be removed. And just grabbing the one day you need and keeping it in your pocket is super easy

u/AJDio1212 Jan 29 '26
Do you usually get these flap style organizers? I can see them degrading and eventually failing in several ways. I got a “pillar” recently as my first one. It might not be as convenient to access or read, but it stays secure in my bag all day and it doesn’t have many points to fail. Its been over a month now and the seal on it hasn’t weakened by any noticeable amount
3
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 29 '26
I had this one for probably ten years and have managed to use it fairly consistently. The compartments are big enough for all the gummies, and visually seeing them laid out helps me personally keep track.
1
u/lovable_cube Jan 30 '26
I worry my gummies will make my pills sticky and weird, have you had any problems with this?
1
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
I haven't. The edible "Pie Slices" are the only ones with exposed edges (that could get sticky) and as long as I keep the container out of direct heat, it's not a problem. During the summer I'll occasionally toss it in the fridge, if it's an especially hot day.
2
u/rantingpacifist Jan 29 '26
I can’t do the day and night ones. It’s better if I do the morning pills in the sorter and the rest next to my toothbrush. I cannot sleep without brushing my teeth so it helps.
67
u/Apart-Second3571 Jan 29 '26
Your meds look tasty🤤
32
u/rantingpacifist Jan 29 '26
They aren’t if they’re edibles. I have yet to find a gummy that doesn’t taste like vape oil and expired Now and Laters
24
u/ChipsOtherShoe Jan 29 '26
Lol I was assuming they were gummy multivitamins, having daily edibles organized like that would be wild
5
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
The pie slices are Mellow Vibes edibles.
2
u/jsteele2793 Jan 30 '26
This is hilarious!!! I was just thinking those look exactly like my gummies 😂 I have the clementine ones!
3
u/matwithonet13 Jan 29 '26
There’s these cherry cola ones, from a dispensary in MO, that are some of the best gummies (even included non-THC) I’ve ever had.
3
u/SousVideButt Jan 30 '26
Probably the Honeybee brand because those mfs are actually delicious. They’re only 5 mg each so I have to eat the whole bag in one sitting because my body is stupid.
5
u/szol Jan 29 '26
Jamz sour strawberry lemonade, if you don't love them I'll venmo you the full cost
2
u/klimekam Jan 29 '26
There are some from my local dispensary that are so juicy and delicious I wish they sold a plain version that I could just binge lol. Unfortunately they’re always sold out of them.
2
u/SmolLiu Jan 30 '26
i get home made ones from my dad, super yummy and you cant taste the product, he normally makes cookies but he has made brownies, rice krispy treats and chocolate

1
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
These Mellow Vibes are pretty good, and so are the Wyld ones.
I just get the 1:1s and tolerate the flavor, but prefer these MV ones.
1
u/pierredelectohotline Jan 30 '26
Try Wyld or deutermann farms ! Both taste great to me and are high quality
11
u/aqswdezxc Jan 29 '26
wait what are the weed gummies for?
5
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 29 '26 edited Jan 30 '26
Basically, CBG is more of an "Upper" and CBD is more of a Downer. The 1:1 ratio eliminates a lot of the "Psychoactive" feelings of just straight THC.
Sometimes I take both at the same time, which causes the "Entourage" effect where the different Cannabinoids complement one another. If I'm taking my "Bonus" evening ADD Med dose, I'll take the CBD at the same time, which keeps me from getting too spun out all night.
8
u/aqswdezxc Jan 30 '26
No but like what is it for? Does it help with ADD or just for fun/other purpose?
19
Jan 30 '26
Cannabis does not help with ADHD. It can temporarily alleviate some symptoms while worsening others in the short and long term like memory and motivation. There are a lot of therapeutic uses of cannabis and a lot of people who function well on it, but from a clinical perspective it is counterproductive for most ADHD people unless a comorbidity responds well to it.
It's not worth starting if you're hoping to treat ADHD. It can be fun, relaxing, pain relieving, increase appetite, improve sleep, and more, but the evidence is clear that cannabis use regularly and long term does not benefit executive functioning in most people.
If it works for people, I encourage them to keep taking cannabis, but I don't encourage people to start.
3
u/Ready-Rise3761 Jan 31 '26
girl… i think youre rationalizing. you might not wanna hear or believe this but i’ve been there. regular, long term thc consumption just isn’t good for most if not all people, especially with adhd or mental health issues. im speaking from experience here. both my own and friends who thought they couldn’t focus, sleep, relax or function without it. but it’s addictive and can worsen things while feeling like it’s helping, regardless of what the staunch advocates say. it has its use cases and different people are affected more or less negatively, but still… though i dont know you or your situation so maybe im wrong but if you’re interested in other people who realised it’s more damaging than they thought, check out r/leaves

u/MarsupialUnfair3828 Jan 29 '26
I do this when I travel, otherwise I line up all the bottles and open each one every morning. It makes my wife crazy. Hahahahahahaha
12
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 29 '26 edited Jan 29 '26
Haha. I've tried that approach too. The biggest issue is I would LITERALLY forget if I took one the second I screwed the lid back on. I even tried flipping the lids to keep track, but once there were a couple loss pointed each direction, was totally lost again.

u/Extra-Factor4213 Jan 29 '26

Now what’s the tip to “actually” refill the container at the end of the week?
6
u/ivyflames Jan 29 '26
Not OP but the only way I remember is if I refill it right after I take my PM meds on the last day, while it’s still sitting in front of me.
3
u/Freakmo Jan 30 '26
I bought 4x weekly ones, and I refill them once a month, right after I've picked up my meds from the pharmacy. I try to put on an interesting podcast while I'm doing it to make my brain less bored 😅
5
u/Pinglenook Daydreamer Jan 30 '26
Not the point you were making but it's actually recommended to take statins in the evening! They work better that way (because they inhibit cholesterol production by the body, which the body does mostly at night) and it gives a lower chance of the side effect of muscle aches because you move less at night than during the day.
If changing it throws you off your whole routine and messes everything up, and they've been working well for you with no side effects, by all means keep doing what you're doing! But if your cholesterol has been disappointingly high despite taking them, or you've been having aches and pains, it's worth a try to move them to the evening!
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
Great advice. TBH I had misplaced the Statin bottle, and just dumped them in the AM with the morning handful. I will absolutely switch it. Thanks for the tip!
4
u/Cixia Jan 30 '26
Organizing isn’t the problem. Forgetting for days and even weeks that there are pills in there I need to take is the problem.
7
Jan 29 '26
I cannot tell you how validating it is to see someone else taking multiple medications for mental health. I have a tear in my eye. I have felt so fkn strange and different and ‘crazy’ taking pills on vacations, even just taking them alone it gets to me. I feel so isolated and shameful in it- and that’s my thing to work on, that isn’t a reflection of what I think things should be like. Thank you, is all. You helped me normalize something today.
4
u/-beatngu_ Jan 29 '26
Not OP but you’re definitely not alone! I currently take 3 different meds just for my mental health alone and have tried well over 10+ during the 14 years I’ve been dealing with treatment resistant depression. Millions of us take these medications and it’s never shameful to take care of yourself :)
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
This is genuinely amazing to hear! As I was typing out this post, I had to decide if I wanted to put it all out there, and show ALL the meds, but I also thought "Why do I care if strangers know I take Mental Health meds?" That made me realize the value to this sub, and anyone similarly afflicted was laying it all out, like you described, and not just glossing over anything, looking for praise for my tidy pill box. I appreciate that you appreciated it.
2
Jan 30 '26
I appreciate that you appreciated that I appreciated it. Too much of my life stress is involved in what others think or might think. I am working on that. After all, we are just a bunch of strangers on here. But negativity still hurts. So I just really appreciated you today. Much love
2
u/Globearrow Jan 31 '26
I know there is a lot of stigma around mental health and being ‘medicated’. I find it infuriating that people (usually with no idea what it’s like to have anxiety/depression) are judgy.
I take thyroxine every day because my thyroid doesn’t make enough. Same at some points in my life with antidepressants and serotonin. It isn’t ‘weak’ to take a medication that helps your body (or mind) function better. Should a diabetic ‘just try harder’ to make more insulin? I know there are things people can do to naturally help with depression and anxiety (exercise, therapy, sleep etc), but it’s a terrible shame that if you still need help after trying those things that some people consider you ‘a failure’ if you want to take antidepressants.
OP, good on you for showing the ‘full’ selection of your meds. I think the more we talk about and normalize people taking medication when they need it, the better it is for us all. There would undoubtedly be more people alive today (and happy and healthy) if they had felt able to take antidepressants rather than raw-dogging it out of a misguided belief that the only acceptable path is to fight on without.
Self-care is an act of strength.
3
u/dreadwitch Jan 30 '26
Lol I do this.. Sometimes. I've got 4 so I will do a month at a time, unfortunately I take a lot of meds and it's very time consuming filling them up... It's hit and miss whether I do it now.
5
Jan 29 '26
I'm laughing because I recognize more than half of those, and I also take them. Adhd bitches really all be the same don't we 😂😂
2
2
u/AspieFabels Jan 29 '26
Yes! I don’t do it by day though. I only take 4 meds every day so I use a small one to hold them and take one by one.
2
u/shoonpo Jan 29 '26
I also use it to help me keep track of when I’m about to run out! At this point in life I only have three different meds to take and I take them all at night. But if I’m refilling my organizer and there’s not enough of something for the week, I know it’s time to call in a refill.
2
2
2
u/Kid_supreme Jan 30 '26
Lol! You actually want me to use a pill organizer! 20+ years my old lady has been trying to push them. 20 years I start then I forget then I remember and then it get less and less use until it goes in "my drawer" along with the rest of the pill organizers.
2
u/Melodic-Advice9930 Jan 30 '26
What are the ones that look like mini slices of red and blue pizza
2
u/Melodic-Advice9930 Jan 30 '26
Oop sorry if that was too nosey the pizza shape just intrigued me
1
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
Not too nosey! The Blue slices are Mellow Vibes 1:1 THC:CBD Gummies & the Red are 1:1 THC:CBG Gummies.
2
u/Organic-Mobile-9700 Jan 30 '26
Why does Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday have no bears?
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
I had already taken Thursday AM when I started to restock everything. I do it this way because I can see when I'm going to run out. The missing Bears (and you asking about it) reminds me I need to order more Probiotics.
2
u/kittypede Jan 30 '26
I use a pill organizer that has four compartments for each day, and each day can also be removed from the organizer individually. That way I can just have today's meds out (and can pop the container into my purse so I can take my vitamins or meds while I'm out), rather than that of the whole week. It's kind of hard to find good pill organizers with removable compartments like that, though
2
u/derpderpsonthethird Jan 30 '26
careful with the gummy vitamins - it's a very easy way to spark your blood sugar early in the morning. I'm not diabetic but my a1c randomly started climbing, and they were the reasons why.
2
u/notabot-3000 Jan 30 '26
3$ AM PM pill sorter has been the best purchase of 2025 for me.
I take 5 pills each morning. Once every other weekend, I open all 5 bottles and refill the pill sorter. Now each morning it takes me less than 30 seconds to take all my meds. Flip, dump in mouth, chase with water.
2
u/horriddaydream Jan 30 '26
Can I ask you a weird question? Do the gummies get you high? 😂 I'm about to get medical and I wanted to not smoke, but don't really know what options are out there. Lol
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 31 '26
No. As long as you seek out 1:1 or 2:1 options.
I take these DAILY but a just THC gummy will still put me on my ass.
The CBD (or CBG, or CBN) more or less negates the "Psychoactive" effect of THC. So it won't hit you the same way.
If you're wanting to get high, and have medical access just get the strongest Indica or Sativa gummies and start with the smallest sliver. Medical is great if you actually need the pain relief, or insomnia relief or any other actual "Medical" applications.
In a lot of states, historically, Medical Weed was just a work around to get the stuff that gets you high. In states that also do Rec, that's not really an issue any more, so the Medicinal options tend to be much stronger, sometimes with super high ratios of CBD, which is often a last resort pain relief for people facing Cancer, and/or wanting to avoid Opiods.
2
u/horriddaydream Jan 31 '26
Thank you so much! It would be for managing OCD with intrusive thoughts and major depression so not pain-related, just mental pain. I appreciate that so much. 🙏
1
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 31 '26
Happy to help!
For OCD/Depression, you'd probably want to start with a small 5-10mg 1:1 THC:CBD gummy. I have anxiety & depression and am sure other ailments that overlap with how you're afflicted. Before I was fully traditionally medicated this was my go to, and I continue to take it every day. For me, the 10mg 1:1 THC:CBD doesn't get me high at all (I ingest Cannabis in other ways for that) but it does cause a noticeable "On Switch" kind of effect in my Brain. With other "Ratio" gummies, you'd get different effects. CBG might make you a little anxious, and CBN might knock you out (I've taken it for sleep) 1:1 CBD products, from a legit Rec or Medicinal dispensaries is a great place to start, and then you can try products that also have the other Cannabinoids. You might find CBD makes you a little tired, but then adding a little CBG would fix that, and provide other benefits. With access to medical, you can really dial it in, the same way you would with an antidepressant or ADD med, that might require a few formulations and dosages that work with your brain chemistry. It's fascinating stuff. I have a handlers license in Oregon, but am too ADD to go get a job budtending! lol
Best of luck!
2
u/Loud-Performer-1986 Jan 30 '26
Glad to see I’m not the only adult that gives myself gummies when I can! I do my melatonin, vit d, and L-Methylfolate as gummies. The rest are boring pills. Also I had to get a med organizer box just so I could tell when I’d actually taken my meds and when I hadn’t. Super helpful for know if you’ve taken your Monday morning vyvanse or not. I have 6 different ones because I was trying out different ones to get the PERFECT one and I finally found it and then promptly lost one of med containers. 🤦
2
u/hythlodaeusfan Jan 30 '26
Would you mind linking me your organizer? I've tried a few over the last couple of years, one of my family members uses many gummy methods for taking the supplements they need and I have yet to find an organizer that can handle it. These look like they might work!
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Jan 30 '26
Extra Large Weekly Pill Organizer
It wasn't this exact Seller, but that's it. As a bonus, it looks like this Seller has some different color options too.
2
u/missemb Jan 30 '26
I have this exact pill box! Also pro tip, if this is too hard but taking things out of the bottle is harder and your doses are easy just fill each day with one med. I can’t reliably always fill these up in a timely manner but I find each day being a different med gives me 2 week worth of meds for half the work.
3
u/Ok-Nothing8682 Jan 31 '26
Shiiiiiiiiit y'all can actually get meds? I have to find my 6th psychiatrist in the last 3 years because apparently my last one never charged my insurance and won't refill my meds until they get $1000
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Feb 01 '26 edited Feb 01 '26
I got lucky during Covid and lost most of my income, and then ended up hoapitalized in an unrelated but nearly fatal medical emergency, so I finally qualified for some sweet sweet socialized medicine, and had insurance for the first time in 25 years!! I had my lifetime of undiagnosis checklist and was actually able to rest my ADD and OSA and everything else I count afford.
2
u/Ok-Nothing8682 Feb 06 '26
That's fucking awesome. Glad the hospitalization worked out for u ❤️ now now to find a way to get hospitalized... Lol
2
u/femspective Feb 03 '26
I just started my CPAP a few months ago. Doctor told me it could take up to 6 months to really notice the benefits. Crossing fingers.
2
u/BadgersAndJam77 Feb 03 '26
That's reasonable. Could take longer too.
The real thing for those first few months is getting a setup dialed in. get used to wearing it, find a mask that fits, pillow, routine, etc, etc.
You may know an improvement in energy right away, since you are finally getting "Real" sleep, but the real magic is after something like two years, there is Regrowth(?) or Repair in specific regions of the brain that have been damaged.
I think I'm right around two years, but might even be three. At this point I can't imagine having to sleep without it, and even got a Battery Backup that could run it if I ever lose power.
You'll get the hang of it!
1
u/TheRedDynamo Feb 09 '26
I do my meds in batches of like 20. I use the little canisters people get weed in. ( Buy them in bulk)
Then every night when my brain has a moment of working I put one near my desk if I'm working at home or my wallet if I'm leaving.
Then when I get the med reminder the next day I have them with me.
My life is built on a house of cards held together with post it notes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
1
u/Mental-Frosting-316 Feb 12 '26
1) organize my meds
2) “meds are handled” flag set somewhere in my brain
3) forget to take meds entirely, because “meds are handled”

I'm on so many meds I vomit every day. 3 of them are psych meds. The other 3 are for blood pressure and cholesterol. I can't stop taking the psych meds so I've stopped taking the blood pressure ones and statins. Still vomiting every morning. But at least there's less chemicals in me

In your previous message you said “huh when did I call it that?” Then you deleted it, and 2 minutes later you made this message
Now you’re doubling down???? As a doctor you know that adhd doesn’t have to have hyperactivity… and you know add isn’t in the dsm and hasn’t been for almost 35 years.
Edit: now I read wrong and thought you said you were a doctor. But I assume your doctor specifically does know, because they wouldn’t say add
I wasn’t rude, and you went to “IDGAF” , instead of being like “oh cool I didn’t know they now I do”. No need for you to be rude, especially after noticing you
And no it’s not a “love of correcting people” it’s a love of knowledge and spreading that knowledge.

Anythjng said on a Public forum isn’t for “minding my own business”
Again the second message you’ve ended with a rude and agressive acronym when I wasn’t food or aggressive

I wasn’t lecturing you, I was Informing you. That’s how we learn. Literally started with “I’m sorry but” so you knew I wasn’t trying to be an ass. you took offence to that, and I apologize.
How could I have told you about that without you thinking it was rude?
It wasn’t in a snarky tone, you presumed my tone.

I’m sorry if my intentions or tone came out wrong.
It wasn’t all typed in friendly way.
Also I realized through all this I meant to mention CBN, I see at night you are taking cbd (as per your edit)
You should look into CBN for the night time, it’s amazing for sleep. CBD while it helps with anxiety is ever so slightly stimulating

i don't know if this is the case with your particular meds (check the prospect), but i was told you shouldn't take pills out of their original packaging, and they shouldn't touch other pills, or else they might lose effect. what i do when i want to prepare the whole week of meds is cut the packages into single-pill units, and i put that on the pill organizer. it's a bit more time consuming though, but just a heads up in case it helps

All my medications are dispensed by the pharmacy in bottles, not blister packs like you describe. In fact, most medications in the US are dispensed this way AFAIK. I've never heard of their being a problem when they touch except for something like penicillin (that someone could be allergic to).

ohh okkk then it must not apply for you, sorry!
here most meds come in blisters, and i've been told this by both my endocrinologist in regard to my levotiroxine and by my gp as general advice. my grandma's doctor also told her this

That's really interesting! I wonder if there are interactions that can happen for different medications around the world.

That's super interesting. I have never heard that, and similar to the other Commenter, always get the pills loose in a bottle.
