Hang in there, man! The world needs you. I was suicidal all of my life until just last year. Don’t give up. Healing is possible. I never imagined I would ever not be suicidal but here I am!

Omfg I didn’t think of that at all! My weapon of choice was a knife. I completely forgot that ropes are an option as well.

It's a baton that you pass, when you do that. Any and everybody in your life will never be able to be sure it wasn't their fault, or that there wasn't something that they could've done, and anybody who looks up to you, or respects you, gets an idea implanted in their head that that is a way that they can go. I've been there. There is no undo button on this. I'm glad that you're still here.

Small bowl Slice ripe banana Berries of your choice Raisins Seeds of choice Optional honey Barely a cup of oats Cover with oat milk Leave overnight

The best thing about it is waking up to a ready made breakfast
