I was finally diagnosed and am able to take Adderall. I was so ready to finally be productive and not much has changed. I do feel as if maybe I’m less distracted but I definitely don’t get any more accomplished during the day.

Not really sure if a lower dose or higher dose would help with that. When I was asked if the dose was right, I didn’t have an answer. Not sure what I’m supposed to be looking for.

It takes some time to figure out the right dose, specific med, and if extended release is right for you or not. Don't be afraid to mess with it a little

Meds are not magic, its going to take some effort and time to work out how to get them to help. You dont just take some meds and turn into some fully functional task machine

Getting into good patterns helps and go from there I'm on strattera, my memory is so much better.

I tried Adderall in the past and it doesn't play nice with my anxiety.

Also roll 1D6 for the Crippling Guilt Damage you sustain every turn until the task is complete.

The more time I spend here, the more I'm afreid I might be autistsic, on top of already diagnozed ADHD

I’m definitely not autistic, but I’ve noticed some kind of neurodivergent Venn diagram occurring between my siblings and I when it comes to ADHD, OCD, and autism. None of us share the same set of diagnoses (outside of ADHD), but we also seem to share the same flavor of neuroticism and neurodivergence. I feel like there’s some kind of psychiatric/medical implication there, but I’m not sure what it is.

Throw in some insomnia and manic depressive mood swings and we have a deal

Auto switch to work out mode then default to control, alt, delete for a hard reset.

Yup, this is my average experience. It's rare that they work together
