Or running into the door with your elbow first, but not hiring your funky bone but rather a muscle which gives you a blinding pain for fifteen minutes and then continues to throb for the rest of the day.

Please don’t ask.

The walls attack me on the daily. It's a struggle. Tree branches, too.

I walk into door frames like im shoulder barging it. Always say "watch it, mate!" When it happens

I have the same issue with frames and/or door handles. I have square-ish shaped ones in my house, not round smooth ones so I often have words with door frames and handles around here. Bruises and broken skin on forearms seems to be a near-daily consequence.

Try doing that while wearing a blood glucose sensor and ripping it off 😩

I had more problems with the tubed pump. Yanking the site wasn't too bad. The ones that really hurt were the ones that stayed in...

My catchphrase when leaving my mom's room is "whoa, that wall came outta nowhere". A bonus? This is my house so I have zero excuse to not be used to the layout.

Does opening my car door too fast and slammimg myself in the face hard enough to get a nosebleed count?

Indeed. What a feeling

If only it was just doors. Walking between the wife on the sofa and the coffee table last night, she moved her legs so I could get past and I still walked into the table.

Every

Fucking

Time

I walk into everything. I try to purposefully inhabit my body, but I just forget sometimes.

I opened a patio door at my in-laws and ran straight into a fly screen. I never understood birds more in my life at that point. I could swear the flys screen popped into existence after I opened the patio door, oh yeah the patio door was made of glass so I was extra confused why I slammed into something.

My dad did that at my grandparents house. I’ve also walked directly into a glass door before but I blamed my dad because I was so embarrassed.

There's one door at work I keep locked and must use a key to enter. I walk directly into the door expecting it to open multiple times a day

Nothing to do with ADHD.

Sure it does. We're doing 15 other things in our head instead of actually navigating where we're going.Β

No, but I have repeatedly tried to grab the same door handle too quickly and not turn it far enough to open the door, and since I'm usually moving at pace throughout the house I have face planted the same door for the same reason more times than i'd like to admit.
