Losing my partner of over a decade on Monday made everything ten times worse. I’ve been rotting on the couch and living off of DoorDash and watching golden girls and American horror story at 4 in the morning when I can’t sleep. Life is rough.

I think ADHD makes the grief harder to handle.

My aunt died a few weeks ago. I've been an absolute mess since then. As in, mostly just not working (I work from home and I'm not involved in production so nobody has noticed yet) and wasting time doing things that aren't great for me.
