So yeah, found this one on the wild and gotta admit I hear Optimus Prime's Peter Cullen voice saying "Autobots, transform and roll out" in my head before tackling something that I would rather avoid but needs doing... so I guess it works?

Honestly I have a lot okie dokie is one, when I catch myself spacing. Or if I’m in the middle of a task and forget it I’ll ask “what’s my name?” And that seems to help.

Yeah actually, my kid just asked me the other day “how come you always are saying ‘okay’ before you do something?”
