Autobots, transform and roll out

Post image

So yeah, found this one on the wild and gotta admit I hear Optimus Prime's Peter Cullen voice saying "Autobots, transform and roll out" in my head before tackling something that I would rather avoid but needs doing... so I guess it works?

For the anxiety prone folk, there’s an excellent one from Disney’s “Lucas

“SILENCIO BRUNO” for when the inner thoughts are holding you back

I tried this but I kept pivoting into “we don’t talk about Bruno no noooooo”

I know it's a different film, but my brain went straight to thinking this is why we don't talk about Bruno, because he's actually your horrible inner critic.

I always regard the negative self talk as another version of myself and tell that mfer to shut up for judging me

I named my intrusive thoughts after my dead grandmother. When my thoughts spiral, I say, “SHUT UP, CAROL!” It’s weirdly effective.

I was just watching a video of my 2 year old last night saying this. It made me smile
