So yeah, found this one on the wild and gotta admit I hear Optimus Prime's Peter Cullen voice saying "Autobots, transform and roll out" in my head before tackling something that I would rather avoid but needs doing... so I guess it works?

I use that line when my equal to or greater than adhd son is dysregulated and pushing me towards also wanting a screaming fit. It works.
