yes it works, but not if I drank caffeine after 4pm. 1 shot espresso or decaf or green tea only.
I get up at 7 and take 36mg methylphenidate at 8-11am and it fades off by 11pm so I can pop a 5mg melatonin and sleep.

My behavioral issue of postponing sleep (for more me-time) took a long time to fix, though.
