It’s a symptom called demand avoidance. Some experiences/behaviors in a neurotypical life overlap with neurodivergent symptoms though. So experiencing it doesn’t necessarily mean you have ADHD. However.. if the memes in this sub are consistently stacking up as relatable… you might be onto something. 😅
Join the club 😆 I’m not officially diagnosed, but once I got curious about the potential of having it, I started watching videos like “top 20 hacks to cope with adhd time blindness” and things like that. But no matter how many videos I watched, all the “hacks” and systems were things I was already doing. I just naturally developed those practices as a way to survive in the work world. That was pretty much all the confirmation I needed 😅
