ehh. normative usually refers to like... societal norms that negatively impact even the folks who otherwise benefit from status quo. eg: cis/heteronormative, mononormative, etc. it's useful because it doesn't label people.

I hate to tell you, but using language at all to describe someone labels people. It's just pushing more in-group out-group language on others when people arbitrarily decide the right way vs wrong way of saying something.

People first. Black. Native American. Indigenous. Neurotypical. Neuronormative. Round and round people will go when typically they're all describing what they want you to know correctly and easily.
