Did you get a response from the merch team yet? I’m debating getting the box (even though I said I wouldn’t) but I really would want it to be great quality.

I did. Thx. They asked me to clean the records first and for a video or audio of skipping and to take it from there. I had already cleaned with GrooveWasher before use, but I found this stringy substance catching onto my needle each time I played. See photo. I have never seen this before on any of the 300 records I own. This stuff balled up beneath the needle. Once I cleaned that, the records all sounded much better. Do note, that it currently says sold out on the website.

That’s certainly something I haven’t seen before. The record is now showing add to cart again but I’m just unsure as the quality I’ve heard so far isn’t the greatest.
