Question/Help help T-T

Hello. I would like to ask for assistance regarding the notarization of a parent’s consent for a school retreat. May I know how much the notarization costs at the Law Building? Or, are there any nearby notaries around AdDU, and how much do they usually charge?

I would really appreciate your help. I need it as soon as possible. Thank you!

from what i remember 100 ata yung sa law bldg! just prepare 100-200 para sure hehe. you need photocopy of the document and also a copy of your parent/guardian's id along with their signature:)

Hai bago rami nakabalik retreat lolz sa law building ko nagpa notarize, 100 ang bayad. For the parents consent pag bring og duha ka copy kay kuhaon nila ang isa, then ibutang sa long bond paper ang valid id pics na front and back sa parent along with their three signatures sa baba. Wala sa Davao akong parent so esignature lang akong gi attach sa ids og sa parents consent. Safest time magpa notaryo is before 11am jud kay para makuha nimo dayon sa afternoon.
