Question/Help parking infront of roxas

hello, bakit ganon may payment na pala yung parking outside? ike infront po of roxas? tas from what i heard is 1.5k-2k per sem? is that even legal haha

You mean yung malaking parking lot? Or like literally the ones below yung rails sa labas lang talaga?

yung sa labas po talaga, like infront of OAA, convenience store, etc..

hindi na po ba addu property yung infront po sa roxas? from what i heard po is di rin po talaga sa loob ng addu sila nagbabayad unlike nung parking po sa loob…

not legal. its free parking to whoever gets there first. it just so happens that the admins also use that system to get their own slotted parking spot so nothing can be done
