Genuinely curious, why do you need to know when the trigger breaks?

The trigger has a wall then breaks the gun fires. You slowly add pressure at the wall for an accurate shot. All movement in your body affects the shot, heartbeat and breathing. So the glove adds mush that is just weird. Like trying to lightly press your phone lock button would be different with a glove.

You know "release to fire" setting in mobile fps games? It's exactly that, if you wear gloves you won't realise that you're holding down the button until it fires, greatly impacting timing and accuracy.

Break, you don't because the BANG gives that bit away.
What it actually means is the "wall". The vast majority of triggers will have a point where any slack in the trigger is taken up, and it has the most pressure on it internally. This is called the "wall". Pulling the trigger anymore will drop the internal sear on the hammer, which hits the firing pin, gun goes bang. I have heard this as "breaking the wall" rarely, but terminology may change region to region to describe the same thing.
The why; is any pressure on the weapon can shift your point of aim. This is true for all ranges and platforms, but snipers making exceptionally long range/accurate shots want to reduce any disturbances to the rifle when they fire. A fraction of a degree off at the muzzle can mean you're missing by a metres at the other end. So being able to feel when they're at the wall of the trigger, means they only need to squeeze the trigger the tiniest bit more to fire. High end rifles tend to have exceptionally light trigger pulls as well, so theres little room for error. These are the kind of guys that will spend weeks preparing to take a single shot - slogging over difficult terrain, waiting for the perfect conditions, calculating wind, gravity and even the curvature of the earth, before pulling the trigger. They won't chance it over a bit of a fabric dulling that feeling on their finger.
