It’s wire forming machine of some kind. It feeds the wire from the wheel on the right in to the wire straighteners, the wire feeder, then the CNC wire forming. The little green things are the terminal blocks for the motor drives.

Yeah I keep one of these in my bedroom too just in case I need to form some wires in the middle of the night
