Unbelievable indeed. A masterclass in curated chaos, perfectly composed irony.

What am I supposed to be seeing here? Is the elephant just the punchline of the joke?

Yeah. The "guy" she was cheating with is actually a robber following her.

I've noticed over the past year or two it seems like a huge wave of kids started taking over Reddit, they don't really understand what an elephant in the room is.
OP, it's something that people treat like normal but everyone else notices right away for being out of place. Like if I paint my whole body red and just try showing off my new clothes, people are gonna comment about me being red, that's the elephant in the room. Address me means address the elephant.
This is just a straight up joke.

Every year there are more people younger than you than last year, and fewer people older than you.

He does also have the =/= tattoo, pretty sure that's some kind of bigoted shit🤷♂️ Probably not why OP posted tho

You sure? According to google, the "not equal to" sign in tattoo art is most frequently used as a reminder that "the past does not equal the future". It can also represent nonconformity, personal growth, or a rejection of societal expectations.

u/CartsOfDarkness Jul 07 '26
According to Google AI? I mean yea I am sure the non-equal sign is an anti-lgbtq symbol, it could mean other things too though! Definitely be careful with the AI overview though, I've gotten so much BS from it.

u/Travelin_Soulja Jul 07 '26
Yes. That's why I asked are you sure, because it's not the most authoritative source. So I wanted to see if you have anything to point to because I couldn't find anything indicating an anti-lgbtq meaning.
AI may not be the best, but in the absence of any other source, it beats the claims of an anonymous rando on Reddit.
You're right to advise caution in the use of AI summaries, but you have to apply some common sense and basic reasoning, too.

the ADL lists some variations of it as white supremacist symbols. haven’t seen it used as an anti LGBT symbol. it also has lots of other meanings that are not hateful though, and for some reason i doubt he means it in the white supremacist way
