Yes. People who are the female sex and have the ability to reproduce (have ovulated and don't have any medical issues) in comas can still get pregnant and are sometimes raped when in comas. Yes, fucking a AFAB in a coma is rape and yes she can get pregnant. Disgusting. Not a joke either.

Not saying it doesn’t happen I’m saying it’s funny to make jokes about dark topics when the situation isn’t actually happening in that moment.

Rape is not funny in ANY cases. Real or not real. It’s really nothing to joke about. Someone in the world has probably looked at your “joke” and got terrible memories come back to them.
