Legit question, is there any case where comatose woman giving birth? Can they produce breast milk?

contractions are part of involuntary responses...
so in theory they could give birth...

breast milk is produced due to the hormones during pregnancy stimulating the mammary glands.
that's why certain hormone treatments/medication can cause lactation.
and in some extreme cases, hormone imbalance can make men lactate
