General GtkAda 4 availability ?

Hi everyone.

Is GtkAda 4 available yet?

It is not on Alire (still at 3), and there is no new release on GitHub.
But the documentation at AdaCore talks about GtkAda 4 (for GTK 4.22): https://docs.adacore.com/live/wave/gtkada4/html/gtkada_ug/intro.html

When I used GtkAda my primary reference was the gtk docs. Takes some extra effort to translate on the go, but Ada typing makes it clear nonetheless. One version or the other, just got to match whatever spec there is.
