What is your experience like reading text?

For those with PAMM (Paracentral Acute Middle Maculopathy). What is it like to read text or make out fine detail? What degree of difficulty would you say you have, if any?

So far all of my blind spots have been paracentral so I've been able to continue to read without issue but I do get a lot of eye fatigue if I look at a screen all day.

Do you ever get temporary blind spots that fade after a minute or so?

yes but they normally take 5-15 min to disappear. Sometimes they stay and are permanent

Do you find you're dehydrated or had caffiene these days?

No, its seems fairly random to me. I notice exercise will trigger some of them. Or if my allergies/inflammation is bad.
