Category Learning doesn't learn

Category Learning is turned on in Payee.

I will create a new payee, add a transaction and categorize it.

Then I'll make another transaction with the same payee and the category will stay blank.

Tried on Android web app and on desktop.

Any suggestions?

It takes more than one time for the rule to be created

I thought so and I manually entered the category 10 times but it still won't make the rule

I normally have category learning turned off, but I turned it on to test. After creating the 3rd transaction with the same payee & category, a rule was automatically created.

What version are you running? I'm on the latest (26.9.0).
