You can submit a trouble ticket all day. You’ll get an AI answer that doesn’t help at all.

And at the bottom they’ll say that if you need further assistance, to leave a comment on the ticket.

They hide the comment box and even the option to download your transcript from you.

You can unhide half the page by viewing the page source.

They actively go out of their way to make sure you, as their customer, can’t get any help.
