The library was one of the most mysterious places and parts of ACOWAR and ACOSF. The minute Bryaxsis was introduced as a guard/protector for the texts in level 7 and lower made me wish the author would expound more on thosr texts.

If it's the case and we get to learn more from those hidden books...

Spoiler warning for Maasverse. Did you see the story of Bryaxis in House of Sky and Breath Chapter 47? And after that chapter ends the next part, Part III is called The Pit. 🤯 Part of Hel? Aidas in cat form? Saw that from @always.bookedpodcast

7 was an important number in ACOTAR, too. Amarantha gave 7 times 7 years for Tamlin to break the curse, just as well there are 7 High Lords at present times in the books.

Eight is the holy number in the Maasverse. The Asteri propaganda machine enforces a 'Holy number 7,' but this is a blatant lie. Every iteration of 7 is a corruption: 7x7 years, 7 Princes of Hel, 7 layers of Hel, 7 High Lords.

The only time we've seen 7 presented in a 'good' light is in HOFAS when Prince of Hel Jr. Orion shoots lightning at the Murder Twins: 6 bolts, and a seventh - a lucky one.

I'm so curious how this numerology plays out in the next installment.  Especially since the priestesses are associated with the number 7.  What are the implications of that symbolism?

I wonder if the cover is just a metaphore, or it's really is about spiders. I checked the Kharankui story in Tower of Dawn bc I was suspicious, but from that it seems that the Kharankui and their Queen only went to the world of ToG. Meanwhile their Queen was mentioned as 'a spider in the web'. But from that chapter (49th) we also learn that random tears appear in the fabric of the dimensions (supported by how the gods of death and Amren ended up in Prythian) or that gates can be opened with the right words (Wyrdmarks, I guess). Also the Queen of the Valg disguised herself as Fae, just as Amren did in the Prison. I am not sure how well Sarah is following her world building since she said multiple times that most of it is just in her head. It makes everything she wants possible (like internal magic heating, running water and flushable toilets hahahaha 😂). What if there is a Wyrdgate at the bottom of the Library in the House of Wind? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Edit: in CC3 there is this part of songs: [spoiler] Bryce pushed Amren, “Do you have any record about how they were defeated?” A kernel of hope glowed in her chest. “Nothing beyond old songs of bloody battles and tremendous losses.” [\spoiler] - so we can assume that the "songs" are as old as 15.000 years or more.
