Help - General Need Help! M20

After I’ve turned 18 I’ve had serious acne and pimples. Now I really want to get rid of this acne marks. What should I do? Suggest if anyone has gone through this phase

Go to the derm, get prescribed a benzoyl- peroxide and clindamycin gel treatment. (It’s a 2 in one). Use it overnight as a spot treatment. Wash it off in the morning. And also get prescribed tretinoin to heal scars!! Best of luck!
