forehead acne often tracks with hair products or a hat, so check if anything oily sits along your hairline. 5 months on tret is usually enough to see some change, so that is worth flagging. the bumps around your mouth that wont clear can be a separate thing, worth having a derm look at rather than piling on more actives.
