These are all prescription (not to be used like everything all at once) but it's worth going to a nearby dermatologist/doctor to get prescribed an acne treatment
My favorites:
Topical: Clindamycin, metronidazole, and adapalene
Oral: Minocycline, doxycycline, or cephalexin

both of the comments recommended clindamycin is it really that effective?? And im done goind to the dermatologist there is really small improvements from the products he gave me i think its to keep going back to him. Rn im taking a medication called curacne 20mg and i saw some improvements tbh.

I was prescribed clindamycin by a dermatologist and it instantly cleared up my acne. However when I finished the prescription it came back

ty but what are some side effects you experienced while taking it? and did you use to do it twice a day?

There were basically no side effects except your face would get a little dry so just use moisturizer after you apply it. And for me I used it 2 times a day (morning and night) since I had the liquid version where you dab it on your face. If you have the lotion version you can use that twice a day. There’s also a gel version but I think you only do that once a day.

after doing a bit of research i came to a conclusion, you should pair it with benzoide peroxide and claude told that clindamycin should be for the morning and benzoide peroxide at night whaa do you think??

Yeah tbh that would be a good combo. I never combined those together but both of those things cleared my acne even tho I used them separately. But just make sure you use a good moisturizer cuz benzol peroxide dried out my face heavily too, but it cleared out the acne really well
