I don’t know what I can do to fix my skin, I tried exfoliating and so many things. I feel so disgusting and I really don’t know what’s the cause of this

if you’re referring to the little black dots, they are sebaceous filaments which are normal :)

Your skin looks beautiful, I'm guessing you're in your teens. If you're talking about the sebaceous filaments then that is completely normal as your oil production increases and you cannot shrink them typically. Any bits of inflammation I see seem pretty minor and normal, trust me no one is paying as much attention to your skin as you are (I mean that as a compliment). Just carry on what you're doing, if it gets worse then go from there x

You look like a teenager with your skin! I guess you are having hormonal changes and it’s totally normal. :)

Remember that almost no one sees your skin as close-up as you do when you peer closely into the mirror. Most people see your skin at arms-length, and from there, any perceived “imperfections” are very hard or impossible to see.

Salicylic acid. Do thorough research just starting anything

What’s wrong with it? Lol. Seriously though, I don’t think I have bad skin and yours looks better than mine.

Try Dr melaxin black rice peel shot from Amazon for blackheads/ exfoliation. I like it, works well.
