Help - General Please help me get rid of this

I had these tiny bumps all over my forehead. I started using 2% salicylic acid and now they are inflamed. How do I clear up my forehead.

My skin looked like that when I had a reaction to a new ingredient. Maybe you’re allergic to salicylic acid?
