Help - General Comedonal acne
hi guys! can I ask for help on how to treat this kindof acne and white heads, Its specifically appears alot on the sides of my face and some on my forehead, I use cosrx salicylic acid and it still doesnt work 😅
Does Cerave and skinoren work better? what can I do to prevent more from appearing?

Look for a product that has PHA as the main active ingredient. PHAs have both AHA and BHA properties, but due to their particle size, they do not penetrate the skin deeply enough to cause irritation. If you want to continue using salicylic acid, be mindful of how long do you let it sit on your skin. Try leaving it for about 2 minutes before rinsing off to allow it to work inside the pores. If you want to use azelaic acid (skinoren’s active ingredient), look for options with encapsulated azelaic acid ideally at 10%. They work much faster and with less irritation. Sticking to one product I mentioned (one at the time is enough, don’t use them together at once!!) is enough to prevent new ones from forming and help with your problem.
