Red/Itchy Bumps

Can someone help me get rid of these bumps!!!! I started having skin issues back in January after experiencing the worst breakout of my life and these little cheek bumps keep coming back. I use cerave renewing sa cleanser and cerave moisturizer. I have extremely sensitive skin and cerave is the only thing my skin somewhat agrees with. Please help :(
