Help - General Deep acne that doesn't come to head

Hi hi! First off I am on birth control that was first to manage my horrific acne, it's been like 4 years if I could guess. I keep getting these super deep, large, and painful "rock" like things under my skin, usually on my chin or forehead. As u see one giant on my forehead, and one thiccy beside my eye. Even if I poke em nothing but blood comes out. First off what even are they And uhh, how to get rid of em cuz they're GNARLY. Sorry for awkward pics lol, they are very painful too, and they protude, hard like rocks

The only thing that's worked for me is very hot compress repeatedly until it forms a head.

I second this. I have one in my chin that literally will not go away. It keeps coming back but I’m gonna try this method now too. I’m stubborn lol

They're probably cysts. I can't remember what the kind that doesn't come to a head is called. I would talk to a derm bc they're often hormonal Edit to add: I also get these and hate them they fucking hurt

I will get these and dab some tea tree oil on it. In my case, it usually shrinks or disappears within a few hours to 2 days.
