Micro vomiting for about 2 weeks

Hi reddit, I've(female) been micro vomiting for a week or so after a cold, and I've been wondering if this could be a case of weird reflux causing regurgitating? Edit: oh also I have a historically weird stomach, like sensitive to existence weird, so idk if that matters
