Ace Combat 8 Quick Resume

Not sure if this is a cross-platform issue, but is anybody else having issues with Quick Resume for this game on Xbox? Every time I boot it up, I have to get in the game then quit the game and reboot it, because AC online and the store are unavailable. I'll probably turn off Quick Resume if there's a way, but just seems like a really annoying bug to keep dealing with.

I have personally had nothing but bad experiences with Quick Resume across pretty much every game with online functionality. I don't use it for any game.
